Golden Light & Daffodils: Capturing Memories during a Newport Sunset

There’s something undeniably magical about springtime in New England. The air sheds its winter chill, vibrant blooms erupt across the landscape, and the golden light of sunset paints the sky in breathtaking hues. This year, I am thrilled to offer a limited number of “Daffodil Mini Sessions” in a stunning field of these cheerful yellow flowers, in Newport, Rhode Island.

The window for capturing these golden beauties is a fleeting one – typically lasting only 3-4 weeks in April. I was lucky enough to photograph the family amidst this sea of sunshine this past Monday. The warm glow of the setting sun cast a magical light on the scene, highlighting the vibrant yellow of the daffodils and the genuine smiles on the faces of this lovely family.

We frolicked through the field and captured moments of pure joy and connection. It was a true testament to the power of nature to create a beautiful backdrop for lasting memories.
